1. Shipping Within Australia 🇦🇺

We offer two convenient domestic shipping options:

• Standard Shipping:
  $10 AUD – Delivered within 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express Shipping:
  $15 AUD – Delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch.

🎁 Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $99 AUD (after discounts and before shipping) qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide using Australia Post International, DHL, or similar express couriers.

NZ Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150 (AUD)
Standard shipping for orders below $150(AUD) : $14.5 (NZD) — 5 to 10 Business Days
Express shipping: $24.9 (NZD) —  3 to 6 Business Days

USA & Canada:

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $175 (USD) 
Standard shipping for orders below $175(USD): $19 (USD) — 5 to 15 Business Days
Express shipping: $34 (USD) — 3 to 7 Business Days

UK & Ireland Shipping:

Standard shipping: $35 (AUD) — 5 to 8 Business Days
Express shipping: $49 (AUD) — 3 to 6 Business Days
International delivery times vary depending on customs clearance, destination, and carrier workload. In rare cases where it applies, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their country upon arrival.

3. Processing & Dispatch Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• Orders placed during peak periods (e.g., holidays or launches) may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery Notes

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, courier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
• Remote and rural areas may experience extended shipping times.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to fault or error on our part.

5. Important Exceptions

• Gift cards and digital products do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
• Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for express international orders — please use a residential or business address.

6. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unclaimed delivery
• Refusal to pay duties/taxes (for international orders)

You will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Shipping fees for the original delivery are non-refundable.
